Description
It is white or little yellow powder and easily soluble in water (a 30% range of soluble) and alcohol. Have quality of deoxidization,easily change colour in ray or calefaction..Its stable in dry,but easily mutated when it meets with air in water solution. Applications: 1. Sodium Erythorbate is an important antioxidant in food industry, which can keep the color, natural flavor of foods and lengthen its storage without any toxic and side effects. 2. Sodium Erythorbate is used in meat processing, fruits, vegetable, tin and jam preservation. Also it is used in drinks, such as beer, grape wine, soft drink, fruit tea and fruit juice.
